Her journey is a powerful example of what the right training and nutrition can achieve. Having personally transformed from morbidly obese at nearly 27 stone to stepping on stage as an athlete at just 9 stone, she understands firsthand the discipline, strategy, and mindset required to completely change your health and fitness.

Through Elite Performance Coaching, she now helps others achieve their own transformations using structured training, personalised nutrition guidance, and performance-focused coaching.
